Shannon has helped Barr secure space at a number of our branch office locations in the Midwest and Canada. Most recently she assisted us with the requirements definition, alternatives analysis, site selection, and negotiation that resulted in our relocation to a new 150,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Bloomington in December 2015. This was a challenging multi-year project that involved consideration of both existing and build-to-suit options, each with differing timelines, as well as single space and campus-style alternatives.
