I founded Keewaydin Real Estate Advisors in 1981. Over the 30 years we were in operation we became known for exceptional service and expertise in the tenant representation field. We were proud to work with such amazing clients as Target and the Guthrie Theater.

Shannon Reilly, my business partner for over 20 years at Keewaydin, was the best partner anyone could hope for. While doing excellent work she has been a true confidant and a constant inspiration. When we closed Keewaydin’s office in January 2012, Shannon moved her business to the Frauenshuh Companies where she has continued to provide the same exceptional service and expertise for over several years.

Let me say a few words about her. First of all, we did not sell our business to Frauenshuh and I have had no personal stake in Shannon’s future business or success other than my sincere hope that she does well. That being said, I have had an opportunity to work with almost every one of the top-level real estate professionals in the Twin Cities, and none, NONE, are any better. There are a lot of big real estate companies around and a lot of “brokers” but very, very few consultants and advocates, and of those none are as talented, responsive, and tenacious as Shannon. She has exceptional financial skills, can find a solution to any difficult problem and you won’t find a better negotiator. A former client once said he always knew when he woke up at night, worrying about some aspect of a project, that Shannon was also awake and even more concerned. “Passionate about the result,” was the phrase that he used to describe her work.
